QuickBase Systems Technician

The QuickBase Systems Technician will primarily support Clenera’s QuickBase application to include business analysis, development, and execution to meet business operational needs.


• Perform analysis of operational goals and resulting technical needs related to QuickBase or other related systems: document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions to support technical needs

• Apply knowledge of business operational needs to identify and propose alternatives to process and technology solutions

• Assist with evaluating business needs to help design and implement new QuickBase features and/or QuickBase applications

• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze business needs, gather and document information for process improvements as well as QuickBase or other system development, integration, and/or enhancements

• Design, develop, and implement new QuickBase features and/or QuickBase applications

• Responsible for QuickBase applications development and maintenance, notifications management, report development and management, dashboard development, pipeline automations, and user access/role management

• Provide technical support to existing QuickBase applications and handle QuickBase and systems help ticket management

• Provide QuickBase and general systems implementation and training

• Coordinate implementation of projects related to QuickBase changes while reporting progress and timelines to management

• Assist with systems workflow/process development

• Other duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline

• 3+ years’ experience as QuickBase administrator or related position

• QuickBase App Builder certification preferred

• Knowledge of software development and maintenance methodologies

• Ability to research, define and analyze business process improvements utilizing technology

• Knowledge of computer software and hardware and familiarity with a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to effectively communicate business concepts to technical audiences as well as technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage competing deadlines or projects

• Committed team player with the ability to develop and maintain productive work relationships

• Flexibility conducive to a fast-paced, growing company environment


• Ability to work in office setting; primarily sedentary; use of normal office machines

• Availability to work additional hours or weekends as projects demand
