Administrative Assistant - Receptionist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reception responsibilities of professionally handling a variety of external callers and front-office guests as well as internal contacts.  Demonstrate strong customer service in all interactions.

• Develop and process variety of documents using applicable software.  Prepare documents such as mailings, forms/letters, presentations, meeting minutes, or reports.

• Data entry using various formats/platforms.  

• Proofread all work to ensure accuracy.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail via FedEx and USPS; sort, scan and distribute mail to appropriate parties

• Assist with travel coordination and expense reports

• Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions

• Perform support tasks such as answering phones, ordering supplies, check requests, maintaining conference rooms, filing, copying, etc.

• Complete office equipment and supply inventory orders

• May assist various departments with administrative projects or assignments.

• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent

• Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant  

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proven time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with office procedures, including phone systems and equipment

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage competing deadlines or projects

• Committed team player with the ability to develop and maintain productive work relationships

• Flexibility conducive to a fast-paced, growing company environment
